    As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, and this when our perfect fit guarantee comes to place, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.

    Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

    If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1) Contact us by email at support@inbike-cycling.com

    Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

    2) Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24~48 hours with the return label.

    Note: you have a 14 days time frame to return the package after we provided the return label. If 14 days have gone without the warehouse confirming the receipt of your returned parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.


    3) We will let you know the receipt of your return in email.


    4) Once your return is processed and confirmed, please allow 3~10 days for your bank to execute the refund amount to your account.
