    1. My article still has not arrived, is this normal?

    Delivery takes about 2 to 4 weeks.
    If it's been less than 4 weeks, just be patient, your purchase is on it’s way.
    If your product is still not there after 6 weeks MAXIMUM, we will refund you 100%. However, this happens only very exceptionally.


    2. Why is delivery so long?

    To avoid high storage and labor costs, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer you high quality items at very competitive rates.


    3. I wish to cancel my order, is it possible?

    Yes, you have 24 hours from the moment your order was made. Simply send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and you will receive 100% refund.

     

    4. There is a lack of articles to my order, where are they ?

    We have a lot of suppliers, when you place an order, each vendor is in charge of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different kits, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, other slower). By cons, if you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be in the same package.


    5. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

    Click on the "Order status" tab and enter your tracking number. You will see whether the status of the command is in "processed" or "unprocessed" mode.


    6. Do you ship abroad?

    Of course! We can ship anywhere in the world.


    7. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

    Of course! If your item arrives broken, send it back to us and it will be refunded.


    8. I was wrong in the size of an item, can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately this is not possible, so be very careful before placing an order.


    9. I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed?

    Of course! You just need to contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 15 days from receipt of the goods. All you have to do is return the item and we will refund it 100%. The costs of return are at your expense.

    In the interest of speed, we do not accept phone calls. Processing an e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, while a call takes an average of several minutes.
